1.  Several VBS Volunteers are still needed for August 2 to 6th A Music Leader is needed to teach the music, motion, and lyrics to the children; link the songs to the Praise Phrases and the Bible Booster verses; and lead the children’s Sunday potluck performance.  Storyteller/Drama Characters – the story does not have to be told word for word – use script to learn the major events so the story can be told/acted out without using the script.  The story teller can be a single night commitment or several nights.

2.  With the transition of pastors there will be extra expenses for moving, remodeling, cleaning, etc. that weren’t included in our budget.  If you would be willing to help with these costs, please consider making an extra gift to General/Stewardship.  Make checks to “Centenary UMC” and designate “Extra General”.  That will allow your donation to be used wherever it is needed most.  Stewardship and Finance Committees
